Art abstrait

Dès 1910, certains artistes européens renoncent à la figuration. Jusqu’en 1945 deux tendances se dessinent :

— la première qui s’attache à traduire des émotions par le jeu libre des formes et des couleurs

— la seconde qui présente des formes géométriques pour traduire la pureté et de la perfection
