Škoda Auto, usuellement nommé Škoda , est un constructeur automobile tchèque créé en 1895, sous le nom de Laurin & Klement et appartenant depuis 1991 au groupe allemand Volkswagen AG. Si le groupe industriel Škoda existe depuis 1869, la division automobile n’apparaît que 50 ans plus tard, et il faudra attendre 1926 pour voir le nom de la marque sur une voiture de série.
